Policies - Terms and Conditions 

Cancellation/ Amendment / Refund policy: Booking deposits and late payment fees are Non-refundable. All amendment requests must be done at least one week before starting the course. We make refund only for programs not started and deadline is one week before the starting date. To cancel a booking please submit a cancellation letter, deadline one week before start the course, cancellations made during the course and retire volunteer case do not apply to refunds. Each program week runs from Sunday through Saturday. Our cancellation, amendment and retire policies will apply only once your booking or registration has been processed and confirmed. 

Please note: Full payment of your Spanish Program fee must be completed one week prior to the course start date. Your payment are due at time indicated, students can´t start a program without having made the payment for, if you have paid a reservation fee but not have paid for your Spanish program, you can pay once you get the school.
